Phyllis Dee Langberg (Biggs)
Clinton-Phyllis D. (Biggs) Langberg, 87, passed away peacefully at Clinton Hospital on Sunday, January 27, 2019 after being stricken ill.  She is pre-deceased by her beloved husband of 64 years, Arnold Langberg, who died in 2016.  She is survived by her children, Christopher Langberg; Thomas Langberg & wife Robin; and Alex Langberg & wife Joanna, all of Lancaster; and Melissa Weigler of New Braufels, TX; grandchildren; & their spouses, Joshua Langberg & Jessica; Jonathan Langberg & Katherine; Carl, Hannah, David, Nicholas, and Erik Langberg; Elizabeth Weigler & Matt; William Weigler & Bailey; Andrew Weigler & Cassandra; Samantha Smith & Luke; great-grandchildren, Maxx, Wolfgang, and Sophia Weigler; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.  She is preceded in death by two siblings, Thomas Biggs and Elizabeth Jean Biggs.
Phyllis was born in South Bend, Indiana to the late Gilbert and Margaret (Moore) Biggs.  She achieved her professional degree in Textile Design from the Newark School of Fine and Industrial Arts and worked as a storefront designer in New York City for several years before raising her family.  In addition to devoting herself as a full-time homemaker, Phyllis remained an integral part of her church community through many ministries, notably as a volunteer and mentor to younger mothers through Mom to Mom and Apples of Gold at Trinity Church in Bolton.  She was exceptionally talented in the kitchen, relishing in the tradition of hosting family in her home each Sunday evening to enjoy the feast she had prepared.  She took pleasure in growing and harvesting her own herbs and ingredients from her garden and was generous to share her many recipes with family and friends.  Above all, Phyllis was happiest in the company of her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and will be forever remembered as their devoted matriarch. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February, 2, 2019 at 5:30PM in Trinity Church, 14 Wattaquadock Rd., Bolton. Private interment will be held in West Cemetery, Bolton. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Phyllis Langberg to: Trinity Church, Mom to Mom Ministry, 14 Wattaquadock Road, Bolton, MA 01740.  Online condolences may be placed at www.philbincomeaufh.com
