Obituary for Daniel Abdias Espinosa Rodriguez

Daniel Abdias Espinosa Rodriguez
Clinton- Daniel Abdias Espinosa Rodriguez, 39, passed suddenly at home on Monday, September 5, 2022.  He is survived by his beloved mother, Maria A. Rodriguez Suero of Clinton; father, Daniel Espinosa Gonzalez of Berwyn, IL; three siblings, Priscila E. Espinosa Rodriguez, and Irving J. Espinosa Rodriguez, both of Clinton; Laodice A. Flanagan & husband Michael, and their daughters Camila & Elizabeth, all of Littleton.  He leaves his devoted maternal grandmother, Inocencia Milagros Rodriguez of Clinton; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and dear friends.  He is pre-deceased by paternal grandparents Elvira Gonzalez de Espinosa & Eusebio Espinosa Batista and his maternal grandfather Antonio F. Rodriguez.

Daniel was born in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. He was raised and educated in Clinton, where he attended local schools. Daniel was blessed with a mechanical mind and an ability to fix anything. From a young age he demonstrated strengths in technical innovation, leading to becoming an accomplished tradesman. One of Daniel's proudest achievements was establishing, owning, and operating his landscaping business in Clinton until the time of his passing.  Daniel was honest, full of life and charisma–a man of many great passions–he passionately sang karaoke to crowds of all sizes, enjoyed open roads on his motorcycle, loved gardening and caring for the rose bushes he grew for his mother, and held a deep appreciation for the outdoors. He was selfless, always the first to help another in need, and a loyal, devoted family man, loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. Calling hours will be held from 2PM until 5PM on Sunday, September 11, 2022 in the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., Clinton.  A Funeral Service will be held at 11AM on Monday, September 12, 2022 in the funeral home with burial to follow in Reservoir Pines Cemetery, Clinton. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution towards planting a tree in Daniel's memory to the Clinton Parks & Recreation Department.
