Obituary for Charles E. Collett

Charles E. Collett
Bolton-Charles E. Collett, loving son and brother, talented musician, and outdoor adventurer, left this world on April 16, 2022.  He is survived by his parents, Daniel & Diane (Paradis) Collett of Bolton; sisters, Mary Collett & husband Liam Loughlin of Essex Junction, VT; and Claire A. Collett of Boston; his brother and best friend, William F.B. Collett of Bolton; paternal grandfather Edwin J. Paradis & wife Rachel of Bristol, CT; generations of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, friends, and his canine companions Roscoe & Scout.  He is pre-deceased by his maternal grandmother Yvette Paradis, and paternal grandparents Charles & Mary Collett.
Charles was born in Bennington, Vermont, and was later raised and educated in Bolton, where he graduated from the Florence Sawyer School, Class of 2012, and Nashoba Regional High School, Class of 2016.  He continued studies at UMass Lowell and proudly achieved his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  Charles was currently employed as an assistant estimator with M.L. McDonald Co. in Watertown.  Blessed with great intellect, Charles found passion in reading and language, the arts, films, and music.  He played piano and guitar and often performed at open mic nights.  He had a deep appreciation for nature and animals and shared many memories of countless family hiking trips.  With respect to all beliefs and rituals, the Collett family encourages you to honor and celebrate Charles’ life in your own very special ways, and to please be kind to yourselves and others. Look up!
