Thomas Eric  Jernberg
Lancaster-Thomas E. Jernberg, 23, died unexpectedly on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at UMass Medical Center in Worcester. He is survived by his loving parents, Paul & Anne (Roy) Jernberg; and his brother, Martin N. Jernberg, all of Lancaster; maternal grandmother Colette Roy, wife of the late Bernard Roy of France; paternal grandmother, Carolyn Jernberg, wife of the late Paul F. Jernberg of Crete, IL; aunts & uncles, Dominique Roy, Chantal Guignot, Jean-Yves Roy, Vincent Roy, Emmanuel Roy, and Mireille Quanquin; numerous cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
Thomas was born in Oak Park, Illinois on February 26, 1994. Upon relocating with his family, he was educated at the Trivium School in Lancaster, graduated from Nashoba Regional High School, Class of 2012, and continued courses in Graphic Design & Audio Engineering at Mt. Wachusett Community College. Thomas was a talented creative artist and composer. He was very passionate about music as well as the visual arts. Thomas was adventurous and an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and snowboarding. He was a devoted son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend who will be forever missed by all who loved him. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2017 from 4 until 7PM at the Trivium School, 471 Langen Road, Lancaster. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 10AM in St. John the Evangelist Church, 80 Union St., Clinton, with burial to follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Lancaster.
