Esther Pasquale (Lawson)
West Boylston-Esther Viola (Lawson) Pasquale, 91, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Shrewsbury Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 41 years, Italo J. Pasquale, and their son John Pasquale. She is survived by her daughter Sharon Gadoua & husband Raymond of Clinton; two sisters, Evelyn Wolfe of Clinton; and Lorraine Lawson of Worcester; several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. She is pre-deceased by two brothers, Walter, and Richard Lawson.
Esther was born and educated in Clinton, daughter of the late Walter & Mary (Maha) Lawson. In addition to raising her family, Esther worked for ITT Surprenant in Clinton as a wire and cable inspector for more than 20 years. She was an active parishioner of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church and closely followed town politics. She was an avid reader and took pleasure in cooking, crochet, and completing crossword puzzles. Funeral services are to be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., Clinton, with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10AM in Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 111 Worcester St., West Boylston, and burial to follow in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Calling hours will be held in the funeral home on Monday, April 24, 2017 from 5 until 7PM.
